What we process

• Account email for OTP login and subscription entitlement.
• Device identifiers (hashed) to limit free trial abuse.
• Subscription metadata from Stripe / Play (customer id, period end) — not full card numbers (handled by the processor).
• Operational logs on API/relay hosts (IPs, connection events) for abuse and reliability.

What we do not see

Desktop screen contents and input for direct sessions go between your phone and Agent (and optional self-hosted relay). Official Remux_NAT relays carry encrypted media for matching; we do not use session pixels for advertising.

Processors

Email delivery (if SMTP configured), Stripe (web payments), Google Play (in-app when enabled), and hosting providers for remuxapi / remuxnat hosts.

Retention

Account and subscription records while the account is active; trial device hashes as needed to prevent multi-trial abuse; logs rotated on host policy.

Your choices

Request deletion of account email records via support contact; note that legal/fraud retention may apply. You can stop using official NAT and use direct or self-host only.
