1. Service

Remux provides desktop Agent software, a mobile App, optional official Remux_NAT relays, and related APIs. Direct LAN / Tailscale / DDNS connections and self-hosted relays are free features of the software.

2. Accounts

Official NAT trial and paid access are tied to an email account (OTP login). You must keep credentials secure and provide a valid email you control.

3. Subscriptions

Paid Remux_NAT may be purchased on this website (Stripe) or, when offered, via Google Play Billing for Play-distributed builds. Entitlement is evaluated server-side. Misuse of relays (abuse, illegal activity, open proxies) may result in suspension.

4. Acceptable use

You may only control devices and accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for local laws regarding remote access and recording.

5. No warranty

Software is provided “as is”. Official NAT availability depends on network conditions and capacity; we do not guarantee uptime for free or paid tiers beyond commercially reasonable effort.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for paid services is limited to fees paid for the then-current subscription period.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
