• If Remux_NAT was unusable for you within 14 days of first paid charge due to a service-side defect, contact support with the payment email and we will refund or credit at our discretion.
• Cancel renewal anytime via the billing portal; access continues until current_period_end.
• Chargebacks for legitimate service may lead to account suspension.

Google Play

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Request refunds in Play where applicable; we honor Play’s determination for those transactions.

Trials

Free trials are not refundable (no payment). Abuse of multi-device trials may void further free access.
